Keen Nagakiba. My personal favorite is the Nagakiba katana with Keen affinity. At +25 upgrade, it has an awe-inspiring S scaling in Dexterity for immense attack potential. Infusing with Keen removes all stat scaling except Dexterity. Combined with the Nagakiba's already great base damage and range, it simply shreds foes with fast flowing attacks.That, and the Nagakiba is an amazing katana because of its long reach, not just damage, and I would pick it over Rivers for that reason alone.
