They accept our BCBS insurance. Dr. Sembrano is a wonderful Psychiatrist who specializes in children & teenagers. She is amazing and so caring with my daughter who's a recovering addict on top of other issues.This company is in the wrong business, as it does not provide mental health care, it causes mental health stress. The company will hire you, then will fail to completely train you, then they expect you to do the work of several people who already quit as a result of the stresses of this work environment. Therapist (Current Employee) - Minneapolis, MN - September 21, 2023. It is a decent place when you are starting as a therapist. The compensation is fair, but it does take a couple of months to start getting "normal sized" paychecks because of the monthly pay. A super great flexible schedule and nice freedom.I love being able to set my own schedule and seeing clients both in person and telehealth. The flexibility allows me to be there for my family while still be a full-time clinician. They provide what you need to do your job.
