Clutch issues. Our Deere Rep stopped by the shop yesterday and I asked about some stuff to include the 825i and 550 clutch issues. According to him, there is a fix coming out for the drive clutches on the 825i that will either be a clutch/belt replacement or a rework of the clutch. As for the 550 clutch, it seems the last fix is working.Follow the following guidelines to accomplish proper Belt-Break in: •Vary vehicle speed and engine RPM to shift belt through normal operational range. •Do not exceed ¾ throttle within the first 30 miles of installation. •Stop engine and allow belt to cool down every 15 minutes of use. *.You can easily duplicate the JDG813-1 removal tool. Cut a 3" length of 1/2" un-threaded steel rod. Square off and de-burr the ends, but don't round them over. After removing the mounting bolt & washer from the end of the primary clutch, insert the rod into the crankshaft hole. ….

I am looking for some input as to what other issues 825i owners have experienced. So far I have had a problem with the shock on the drivers side door which keeps coming off.Mark.
