They are dead a lot of the time, but I was on last night and was able to play hardcore team deathmatch for an hour before the crowd fizzled out. I can usually find a team deathmatch game on core.EU servers yes ( you can use a vpn like protonvpn to connect to a lobby and disconnect afterwards ). i recommend you check out the boiii client tho. Use the t7 community patch and play in eu servers, tdm and domination is pretty active. BO3 still has an RCE exploit, so use T7 community patch to get rid of any exploits.
