Primal Ancient Re-Roll Advice. So I just found an ancient primal Reilenas Shadowhook and was wondering how I should re-roll it. I was having trouble uploading a photo of it so I'll just give you guys the stats. Primaries: 1870-2325 damage 1,465 intelligence 1,465 vitality 35,940 life per hit. Secondary: Monster kills grant 260 experience.Try not to worry too much about primals - decently-rolled ancients aren't that much worse, and you're much more likely to get one of those. 10% chance for an item to roll legendary. 1% chance for an item to roll primal. You would think one in ten items is legendary, and one in 100 is primal.

Yes, you can acquire Primals via: Kadala. Kanais Cube (includes upgrading rares, reforging legendary items, etc) Bounty cache.
