Asurion is a scam! This the second time they've missed my appointment. No one ever called or showed up. This time, I even called customer service before the appointment time to remind them. The gentlemen I spoke to told me that he contacted the technician and that he will be on his way. The time was 10:40; my appointment window was 11AM to 1PM..
